NCFI Polyurethanes provides a level of service without equal in the industry. At the core of our Technical Service Department is a team of highly qualified and experienced technical service professionals. Whether you are an owner operator or a corporation with hundreds of employees, our Tech Service team can provide complete support for your polyurethane operation with a 5 prong approach.
|
Initial Training NCFI offers on-site training for the start-up of new equipment for every proportioner we sell. Our experienced Tech Service personnel and Account Managers will walk you through, step by step, the proper support equipment (generators and compressors), the initial start-up of the equipment, the proper operation of the equipment, the proper routine maintenance of the equipment, as well as the proper application techniques for your specific application. In addition we will train you to search for and to recognize potential problems as well as corrective actions. This level of service is not available through "distributors" in the market. Proper set-up training can save thousands of dollars in down time and prevent application problems for the polyurethane applicator.

On-Site Visits
NCFI'S Technical Service Representatives and Account Managers perform proactive visits. Our Technical Service department schedules on site visits to your office, your plant, and your jobsite to provide additional training to new employees as well as to provide support to the seasoned spray applicator. While on site we can also examine your spray rig to offer any hints or tips on improving reliability and efficiency.

Advanced Schools
NCFI holds Advanced Equipment Training Schools at both our Mount Airy facility and our Salt Lake facility. Our Advanced Equipment Training Schools provides hands-on training in the maintenance and repair of your equipment as well as detailed training on safety and handling of the polyurethane chemical systems. NCFI issues certificates to the individuals who successfully complete the training. This is the kind of manufacturer certification many of your customers will be requesting from you in securing contracts. Upon request, NCFI can also customize training sessions for your particular needs at one of our facilities, or at yours.
